Conformity
Its a human trait few are free from, I know I'm not.
Even those who claim to be immune, I see it in their hesitation to say opinions I know to be true for them in circles that might disagree.
Why does one's true self bring them shame and hiding it, well ..
breeds other nasty things.
Can a man truly be free from himself?
Or is man by design a slave?
A slave, to his passions, to his mind, to his society, to his God ...
To the fight to be free?
Is the answer to accept, to submit?
I don't know.
